Police seek up-skirt "Peeping Tom"

OREM Utah (ABC 4 News) Women are being warned about a peeping Tom.

This after a woman was victimized at a Best Buy store in Orem.

Police saw the man looks for unsuspecting women and takes sexually explicit photos using a cell phone.

“She (victim) was looking at some of the laptops when she felt something brush up against her leg," says Sgt. Craig Martinez.

Police say the suspect snapped a photo beneath her dress.

“She heard the sound of a shudder of the camera cell phone and saw a man

that had a cell phone and he was holding it underneath her skirt,” Martinez says.

Police say the victim swatted his hand but he took off running.

He’s described as a white male in his late twenties or early thirties, with sandy blond hair and a receeding hairline.
