ST. GEORGE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police are asking for help identifying an individual who used a stolen checkbook, debit card, as well as other identity information in the St. George area.
Officers say the suspect is a male in his 30s, with very distinct tattoos on his right hand and arm.
