SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The office of Campaign and Political Finance has suspended Greg Peterson from fundraising activities.
The CPF, the group that certifies people to help raise funds for candidates and party delegates, plans to investigate the charges against Peterson, and may hand down a full suspension or even revoke his privileges.
Peterson currently faces 23 felony counts dealing with forcible sexual battery and kidnapping.
