Anyone who thinks that the OPD/or it's officer deserves a lawsuit (especially from what amounts to a criminal organization, the ACLU) should remember that the next time they need a police officer or pick up the phone to call 911!  People take the police for granted way too often! That disrespectful moron SHOULD have been tasered and hauled to jail in my opinion. Besides the disrespect shown to people who put their lives on the line every single day (on duty or not) to protect our lives and properties.  How would this idiot feel if someone came to his house, knocked on his door, asked for his mother, and gave her the finger, in front of the whole neighborhood? I bet he wouldn't appreciate that very much at all!!!

I'm glad the ACLU went after them. Cops shouldn't be dishing out tickets to people they don't like.
