Orem 911 dispatcher helps baby born on side of highway
OREM, Utah (ABC 4 News) - On October 27th at 3:22 p.m. Orem dispatcher Julie Benson got a 911 call from Carlos Pozo whose wife was in full labor. They were driving on I-15, trying to make it to American Fork Hospital, but it Benson quickly realized the Pozo’s weren’t going to make it.
