WEST VALLY CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) – Today marks a somber anniversary; one year ago today two young boys were murdered by their father. Braden and Charlie Powell had just arrived at their father's house for a supervised visit, instead their dad, Josh, took a hatchet to the boys and then set his house on fire burning it to the ground and killing all three.
