WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) A person was shot Friday night, at an Arctic Circle in West Valley City .
The shooting took place at 4020 W. 4100 S. at about 10 p.m. The victim, an 18-year-old male, was flown to a local hospital via helicopter and currently in serious condition.
