SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - The Cottonwood High football coach accused of having inappropriate contact with an underage female student will not be criminally charged.
The Granite School District announced on Thursday that prosecutors would not pursue legal action against coach Josh Lyman.
Lyman was placed on paid administrative leave last week after allegations surfaced.
Granite District administrators are still investigating the accusations and say Lyman will remain on paid leave until they have finished their own investigation.
