Mothers Without Borders committed to helping orphan crisis

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Kathy Headlee Miner and Josephine Daka of Mothers Without Borders spoke to ABC 4 News about the global orphan crisis and what people can do to help.

There are 100 million orphans worldwide and it increases by 6,000 orphans a day.

The purpose of Mothers Without Borders is to address the needs of orphaned and abandoned children in a holistic manner.

A Charity Boutique will be held on Nov. 4 and 5 to raise money for orphans in Zambia. The fundraiser features handmade crafts and goods that are donated as well as beautiful treasures made by the orphans, women, and craftsman of Zambia.
