Mother arrested after children found in dumpster

PROVO, UT (ABC 4 News) - A concerned citizen found two children in a dumpster this morning, September 25th, at the Boulders Apartment complex in Provo.

Don't be too judgemental. We don't know all of the facts. This is a women with 4 very young children that would have had a hell of a time applying for food stamps not considering going to the store to redeem them. Maybe she is not the problem.
