TAMPA (ABC 4 News) - Mia Love knew what to expect when she walked out on the Republican National Convention stage Tuesday night.
ABC 4 News had captured her earlier practicing at the podium.
So, we asked her, "What's that like, looking out at the convention?"
To which Love replied, "I looked for Utah first. That was the first thing I looked for, where Utah was being seated."
Love told me that before big events, she likes to relax by listening to classical music.
In exclusive photos obtained by ABC 4, Love is seen backstage on Tuesday night preparing for her big speech.
In addition to some herbal tea and honey, Love also likes to listen to classical music to help her focus.
ABC 4: Did you figure out what music you are going to listen to before?"
Mia Love: "I know it's going to be classical. yeah. It will be classical. It will probably be Tchaikovsky.
And when she came out,
Love was loved.
Thomas Wright, the Republican State Chairman said after the speech.
"It wasn't just the Utah delegation cheering. The whole place was standing, chanting."
Mia even got interrupted during her speech with chants of "USA, USA," mixed with "We built that! We built that!"
Later, Love also got several glowing reviews from national media outlets.
