Police raids are getting out of hand. It's not wrong to grow a plant. I think the war on drugs was a bad idea that turned into a huge problem for our nation. Masked men with guns entering your home at night has to be terrifying, I don't know if they identified themselves as police officers, but If in mu opinion; If ANYBODY enters my house with a gun, at 3:30 in the morning, I'm not going to politely ask who they are. Matthew Stewart, I believe has every right to exercise his unalienable right to bear arms in the defense of his home. A similar event happened in Utah. Todd Blair was shot and killed by a Narcotics strike force after they invaded his home in the night. The officers, who were acting solely on an anonymous tip, saw Todd wielding a simple golf club in defense of his home from the unidentified intruders and shot him dead.If they were not charged with his collateral death, then Matthew Stewart should not be charged with the officer's death on Ogden. Just stop raiding houses.
