Man escapes as 2 alarm fire burns home

Salt Lake City, Utah (ABC 4 News)- A two alarm fire has destroyed a home on Salt Lake's east side.
One person was inside the home at the time the fire department arrived. The fire came in to Salt Lake City Dispatch at 5:50AM via a home alarm system.
Salt Lake City Fire Department tells ABC 4 that the fire is out and an investigation into the fire is currently being conducted.
