MILLCREEK, Utah (ABC 4 News) - People in a Salt Lake City neighborhood who live on Elgin Avenue from 1300 East to 1100 East are outraged after a thief raided their mailboxes three times in one month.
The man has been caught on tape and the victims posted the video on YouTube.
"We do have you on film. We know what you look like. We know what your actions are. We know what you're wearing," said Duane Dowden.
Neighbors say they won't tolerate any more mail thefts on their neighborhood without a fight.
"It's frustrating," said Dowden.
"I'm absolutely horrified that someone would do this," said Chevry Caouette.
"It's outrageous," said Dave Harris.
"There's so many Elderly people that live on this street and you know they rely on very little and so for them to have their mail stolen is just dreadful," said Caouette.
Neighbors are turning to ABC 4 in the hopes a viewer will recognize the suspect and call the Unified Police Department.
