Looks like the video is taken down, is there anyway I can still view it?

I just got back from my mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints less than 2 weeks ago. When this change was announced both my mother and my sister started crying. Plotting out the upcoming timeline that evening, it appears that with the changes our family will have at least one person on a mission from September 2010 to somewhere into 2017. We are honored with the privilage. I learned the deapth of my own endurance. I have walked and biked till every reserve within me was gone. I have faced challenges and joys deeper than any I have ever known. I have learned to cry and learned true joy. I have gained more friends than ever before in my life-and almost to a soul they have thanked me for the person I have been to them in their life. I applied the very first day it was possible to apply for missionary service, 100 days before my 19th birthday. Now with this age drop I would not have even had to wait that long. I am not worried about the abilities of this rising generation. My brother is over 7 years my junior, but he is as prepared as I was. It is my feeling that astonishment will come to people at large as the ability of this new and younger force of missionaries become apparent.

Too much emphasis on age and not enough emphasis on one's emotional/psychological/social maturity.

Well, you have to indoctrinate them whilst they are young. The older they get, the more susceptible to seeing through the BS they are.
