TACOMA, Wash. (ABC 4 News) - A judge has forbidden Josh and Steven Powell from publishing any material from Susan Cox Powell's journals and ordered any material already published to be returned or destroyed.

According to KOMO News in Seattle, the injunction orders Josh Powell and his father, Steven Powell not to publish any entries from Susan's private journal.

The ruling stemmed from a request by Susan's father and mother, Chuck and Judy Cox, through their attorney, Anne M. Bremner to block the publication of the journals.

In a rebuttal to the Cox suit, Josh Powell stated that he believes, based on what he saw of her "emotional instability," that his wife Susan possibly committed suicide.

"I did not kill my wife," said Powell. "I have never abused her."
