SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - An Idaho inmate says his father may be responsible for the death of 11-year-old Rebecca Lemberger back in 1983.

Gregory Seamons is facing extradition for the 1983 sexual assault and beating death of the Ogden girl. Rebecca Lemberger was last seen walking to school on March 2, 1983. Her body was found the following day.
