BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON, Utah (ABC 4 News) A group of friends narrowly escaped a terrible fall as their vehicle went tumbling down a cliff-side up Big Cottonwood Canyon.

The group had finished hiking for the night and began packing away their things, when one of the men accidentally shifted the car into gear. With no parking break on, the car began rolling down hill. The men were able to clear away from the car before in plunged over the cliff. The car landed in river bed. None of the men were hurt.
