The detention pond has a device called an "orifice" installed that will only let a litte water trickle out. The intention is to let the silt in the water settle and only drain the cleaner water off the top. My sources say that if the orifice was removed, there is a massive 6 food diameter pipe (tall enough for most people reading this to walk down without ducking) to take the water directly to the lake. That size pipe is there in case of a like catastrophy. The orifice was not removed due to the City's failure to respond after hours. This has nothing to do with the politics of Mia Love, and more to do with someone who failed to do a simple but important job.

Well there's smaller government for you. That's what she promised you and that's what you got. Now you can get that for the whole district. Just put her in Congress.
