WASATCH COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - According to Wasatch County officials, a new fire is burning near Daniels Canyon.
Initial reports say the fire was called in around 12:07 p.m. Sunday. The fire is burning in the area along state road 40 near mile post 25.
Fire crews have been dispatched to the area, including two aircraft who were dispatched because of the steep terrain on which the fire is burning.
Wasatch County has no information on the size or cause of the fire at this time, but are asking that citizens remain clear of the emergency area so that vehicles and personnel have access to the scene.
