Double fatal accident in Magna

MAGNA, Utah (ABC 4 News) - An overnight car accident in Magna resulted in two deaths.
According to officials, a tan Toyota Highlander pulled out in front of a red Mazda traveling west on SR 201 near the intersection of SR 202. The driver of the Mazda attempted to take evasive action, but the two vehicles collided in a t-bone type crash.
Officers say the driver of the Highlander and the front seat passenger of the Mazda died on scene. The driver of the Mazda and other two passengers were transported to IMC and the University Medical Center with serious to critical injuries.
