they should let sleeping ex vets be, trained to defend life, liberty and justice, right? = making criminals out of those who trust in God's Green Herb, which has sustained mankind for generations is what's inhumane and ignorant here!~ God Bless Matthew Stewart~ A good decent man, against homeland terrorists gone mad, here in prisonland usa!

Almost a year has passed since Matthew Stewart was the victim of a violent home invasion. Jailed wrongly, accused of murder for simply exercising his absolute right to defend his life from violent intruders, the vacant home is a constant reminder to neighbors of the police state in which they live. Supporters of Matthew's fight for his freedom are lighting candles at the curb in Matthew's honor. One of the officers involved in the shooting was involved in another home invasion in which Ogden area police gunned down an innocent man named Todd Blair in 2010. The case bears striking similarity to other horrific abuses by militarized and abusive police forces such as the 2011 case of retired Marine Jose Gerena, who was gunned down -- shot 70 times -- by home intruders wearing SWAT team uniforms.

I think the property is well maintained under the circumstance. The neighbors voluntarily mow and water the front yard. They make sure the trash is collected and litter is picked up. Matt's yard looks better than some occupied homes in the neighborhood.

In the interview with residents someone indicated that candles are being left for Francom on the front lawn. That is hardly the case. My friend and I left those candles there for Matthew Stewart. Please correct.
