Crash in the Tour of Park City

Summit County, Utah (ABC 4 News)- Three bicyclists were taken to the Park City Hospital, one by helicopter, during the Tour of Park City Bicycle race.  The crash took place on state road 32 near the Rockport Dam.  According to the Utah Highway Patrol one riders lost control of their bike as they hit a park of damaged roadway. 

The riders were traveling in a pack and caused a chain reaction crash.  One female rider was flown by medical helicopter to the University of Utah Hospital due to head injuries sustained during the crash.  Two other riders were taken to nearby hospitals via ambulance after suffering cuts abrasions, bruises and possible broken bones.
