At one time I wanted to write a play for a High School. However I did not know what would be offensive to some students. One of my plays deals with school teachers finding their random twin and interacting in synchronized events in life. Often the TV series Knots Landing has provided me ideas in my plays. Such as the episode “Let Me Count the Ways” in which a teacher from Knots Landing High School becomes in love with Karen. Even the TV series “Life Goes On” would make a wonderful play. John Running

I usually do not go out to Herriman City anymore. However I would like to see this play. How do we balance out what may be controversial versus what is learning and academic freedom. Since High School prepares you for college I would think that students could be branching out on new thinking and ideas and not just concerned what is controversial or offensive to other people.
