PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 News) – Charges have been filed against the driver that struck a man killing him.
Provo Police have arrested Maria Fregoso-Avina, 49, and charged her with negligent homicide.
Fregoso-Avina was charged after allegedly operating her vehicle with frost covering the windshield and hitting a bicyclist, on Friday on 700 West.
The bicyclist, Douglas Crow, was then stuck by a Front Runner train.
Crow died from his injuries.
