Around 15,000 Utahns without power

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Approximately 15,080 residents along the Wasatch Front are without power Friday night.

According to Rocky Mountain Power, there are currently around 15,080 customers without power, down from 17,199 earlier.

Areas experiencing outages include Salt Lake City, Park City, Kearns, Snyderville, and Summit County. 

In Salt Lake, Sandy, and Kearns, Rocky Mountain is reporting the estimated time of restoration to be 2:30 a.m.

For Park City, Snyderville, and Summit County's 7,690 without power, the estimated time of restoration is 10:30 p.m.

Rocky Mountain Power's outage information website is reporting the outage is due to storm related damage for the Salt Lake, Park City, and Kearns areas.
