SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - An Amber Alert test on Wednesday went much smoother than a previous attempt on Aug. 26.

Paul Murphy of the Utah Attorney General's office said today's test went much more according to plan.

He said there had been no complaints today, which were the initial signs that something was wrong about three weeks ago.

Utahns are encouraged to participate in Amber Alert tests by registering to receive free notifications at www.wirelessamberalerts.org.
