FARMINGTON (ABC4 News) - A truck going the wrong way on Legacy Highway caused an accident sending three people to the hospital.
Early Thursday morning UHP got a call there was a truck driving north on the southbound lanes of Legacy Highway in Farmington.
A few minutes another call came in saying there was an accident.
The white truck hit a small black SUV.
All three people in the vehicles were flown to local hospitals with critical injuries.
UHP believes alcohol was a factor in the accident.
This early accident on Thanksgiving morning is yet another reason for UHP's never ending warning during the holidays: don't speed, wear your seatbelt and don't drink and drive.
