SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Talk about being in the right place, at the right time.
Alcohol, Firearm and Tobacco agents arrested a man they say robbed a woman in Salt Lake City Wednesday morning
The woman says she was waiting at a bus stop when Jordan Harvey grabbed her cell phone, and took off running.
The agents saw what happened, chased him down, then arrested him.
Harvey is in the Salt Lake County jail.
