66-year-old woman hit in Herriman cross walk

HERRIMAN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police say a 66-year-old woman was hit by a car while crossing a street in Herriman Monday morning.

Unified Police say the crash happened just before 9:00 a.m. at 14500 South 5000 West.

Police say the woman was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

According to Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal, a 33-year-old woman was making a left turn at the intersection of  Juniper Crest Road and Rosecrest Road when she hit the pedestrian in the cross walk.
