Woman faces trial over "Hooters" text

HELP!!!... I know of other people that Jennifer has/and is harassing. I would like to know if anyone here knows of someone that I could talk with about her? All other options have been exhausted and this girl needs to be stopped! Please HELP!!

It's about time justice was served. I can't even believe that the City would allow such a thing to go on. The immature sister Anna needs to realize that something this stupid will not be allowed. There are real crimes being committed out there. Good someone came to their senses and dropped this.

Just heard...I guess there was so many complaints regarding this case that the charges were dropped. Looks like Logan City finally realized that this is all immature and that tax payer dollars should not be spent on something this stupid. Anna looks like you are the fool now. And everyone now knows you have fake boobs. What did you really accomplish with all this? Nothing!

Lame1234 I guess teasing your sister is against the law huh? I beleive in two sides to every story also, but this is lame that Anna even went this far in trying to get her sister in trouble for teasing about Anna's new chest. Anna really needs to get a thicker skin...and grow up. If Anna was so concerned about getting teased then why did she get a boob job? If there was more to the story then it would say so in the PUBLIC COURT RECORD...Well it does not. Reading the other comments and there is one about Anna's husband, he is a police officer and for a cop to allow his wife to do something like this is pathetic and outrageous. This cop needs to lose his job.

I am a FIRM believer in TWO SIDES to EVERY STORY! The story that was on the news was the one of Jennifer. Of course now she is saying it was a joke, because she is in trouble. I think that its SO LAME everyone is criticizing Anna, when Jennifer is the one who went to the news....I think that right there furthers the harassment. It shows alot of Annas character to have all this being said about her, and not to comment. I know that this is about more than ONE text to a sister. SHE IS NOT GETTING SUED EITHER!...she has charges against her...that is TOTALLY different! I think that its SO funny how everyone is SO quick to judge everyone!...I am pretty sure that there is a TON of women have gotten/ want to get cosmetic surgery..WHICH IS THEIR PERSONAL CHOICE!!... Everyone needs to grow up!

I'm not Anna but i do know her and her sister. No the lawsuit doesn't mention any of the other things that Jennifer has done, but that is why there is evidence. Jennifer has been harassing Anna for almost a year now and Anna was finally fed up with it that she had to do something about it. who gives a crap if they are sisters. you cant choose family. if Jennifer was a sister, she wouldn't have been harassing Anna in the first place. you cant tell me that if someone was harassing you for a long period of time, that you wouldn't do something about it? you can only handle so much with that kind of crap. Anna is not the bad guy here. the lawsuit is not even about the contents of the text. it is about harassment plain and simple!

Wow, I can't believe this. This is the kind of crap that inflates our legal system to the point that we live in such a litigious society that no one can do anything without getting sued. Taxpayers- aren't you glad you can pay for a trial between two sisters over a funny text? Boy, it sure beats putting time and money into actually doing something about crime. Maybe Logan Utah needs a little more serious stuff to focus on. NO ONE in a real city would waste a cent on this in the courts!

BS getalife, If Jennifer threatened Anna then it would be in the lawsuit!!! Which everything that Jennifer did or said to to Anna is in the public record for all to see. And no where does it say in the police record that Jennifer threatened Anna!! I think getalife is Anna and Anna is embarrassed and humiliated that this is all over the news and in the public that she has to write a comment to try again to trash her sister. Getalife answer me this...so just because Jennifer and Anna have sisterly petty fights Anna has to sue?? Seriously Anna needs to get a life. And if my sister did something as stupid as this and immature I too would go to the press and have everyone see the person Anna really is. I agree with Howard and descolada...I want to see pictures of these sisters.

Anna is the victim here. She has been harassed for many many months and has even been threatened by Jennifer. This text is one thing on a long list of things Jennifer has done. Jennifer went to the news to hurt her sister. This text is only a small, small part of the charges. Grow up people!
