PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police in Prove say a man who was caught peeking into apartment windows was arrested Wednesday night.
Police say John Denver Luthy was arrested at the King Henry Apartments in Provo after they received four different calls from four different women since the first week of November complaining that Luthy was looking at them through apartment windows.
On all occasions, police say Luthy was gone when officers arrived, except on Wednesday night when they found him in the area.
Police say Luthy also lives in the area.
He now faces four counts of voyeurism.
