"Perfect Flame" gas grills sold at Lowe's recalled

WASHINGTON, D.C. (ABC 4 News) - Various gas grills sold at Lowe's stores are now being recalled because they may cause grill fires. Thursday, the U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of over 600,000 "Perfect Flame" series gas grills, and says people should stop using the grills immediately. There have been 40 reports of fires due to burners deteriorating and 23 reports of burner lids catching on fire. The model numbers included in the recall are SLG2006B, SLG2006BN, SLG2006C, SLG2006CN, SLG2007A, SLG2007B, SLG2007BN, SLG2007D, SLG2007DN, SLG2008A.
