LAYTON, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police say a missing 10-year-old Layton boy missing since Tuesday was found with his Mother in California. The boy is now in the custody of child services. His mother is in police custody because of a felony warrant.
Robert Pierce IV was last seen leaving Whitesides Elementary Tuesday afternoon. Police believe Peirce was picked up by his mother, who lives in Whittier, California. The boy's father has legal custody.
