You people discust me!!!! The animals you are eating are no different than your cat or dog. You should check out the ways these geese are treated before they enter your stomach. It just might make you think twice. I hope you have the images in your mind when you go to take another bite!!!

The elk is incredible! Absolutely love it! Best restaurant in town. The people there are wonderful and not at all pretentious. Whats funny is that these pathetic sad activists didn't really shut them down. They were closing for 5 days anyway to go on their annual river raft trip! so no revenue really lost. And it was so stupid. They set a table cloth on fire. One that is flame retardent. It only caused smoke damage. But I think I will go have 3 servings of foie gras. Its my favorite :)

I haven't heard of this resturant until now. Thanks for to the publicity, now I will have to go there and try it out. I love to try the elk or lamb.
