Not all of us that drive down that road do so at high speeds. Trust me...in the snow no matter how slow you go you will slide. There are several cars that slide off each winter. Adding the construction zone that is more than 1.5 months OVERDUE increases the danger. Secondly, the city of Draper doesn't repair this road, ever, but to put in a bike trail tunnel they will risk peoples lives. That is ridiculous!

My comment to this story is the road is only dangerous because the drivers come through there at speeds far faster (40 - 50 miles per hour, watch the video and see for yourself the speeds) than the 25 miles per hour that is posted for the zone. You people drive like idiots. It is you that make it dangerous not only for your selfs but for the people working the job. Even people on bicycles come through as fast as gravity pulls them down the hill. Yes the job is behind schedule only because of the depths of 26 feet, the lack of operational room, rerouting of utilities and unknown utilities found underneath the pavement. But hey Brent, why dont you get all the facts from both sides of the street before you air a story that is news worthy only because it effects the rich maniacs from above on the down hill race course.
