This place is a joke. They just charged my daughter a $50.00 late fee and her rent was on time. When she asked about it they told her it was a late fee on fees THEY said she owed and if it wasn't paid they would add $5.00 per day until it was. They told her she owed late fees that she has already talked to the office about and was they said they would waive them since she made arrangements but because the new office worker didn't add it in the notes they are going back on their agreement. My daughter asked them where in the rental conrtact it said they could charge late fees on late fees they couldn't show it to her but said that was what the contract "implied". They are taking advantage of these poor students. When she asked for a phone number that her dad could call and talk to someone other than a secretary she was told they won't give phone numbers, that it had to be through email only.
