Would you like the city coming onto your property and mandating you demolish your home because your paint is chipping????? Same issue, it might be an eyesore, but the owner may be moving to rebuild, renovate, or sell and may have issues with insurance company coverage and former tenants. Because you don't like the look, is no reason to condemn the owner. Make sure they comply like the did on 11th and 21st, but stay out of the owners rights. I have no passion for the VP, but own a rather shabby building and want to be left alone.
