SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Repairs to a crumbling wall on State Street should be finished by November 7th.
Rick Graham with the Public Works Department says the only thing that may delay the completion of the project is a major storm.
The wall began to collapse back in January. For months, the homeowner and the city couldn’t agree on who should fix the damage.
After the homeowner called ABC 4 for help, the city began construction.
