TACOMA, Wash., (ABC 4 News) - A judge ordered that the children of Josh and Susan Powell will stay with Susan's parents while Josh undergoes psycho-sexual evaluation. Attorneys also discussed pornographic images discovered by West Valley City Police on Josh's computer, KOMO-TV reported.

According to KOMO, images taken from Josh Powell's computer by WVC investigators in 2009 were mentioned by prosecutors, saying they were part West Valley City's ongoing criminal investigation into Susan Powell's disappearance.

Powell's attorney called the images "tasteless, but not illegal" during Wednesday's hearing.

During the court proceedings, Powell said he had never seen the images mentioned by prosecutors, and his attorney questioned how investigators even knew the images belonged to Josh.

Regarding the images, West valley City Police released a statement saying:

"The West Valley City Police Department is aware of the current child custody matter in the State of Washington involving Joshua Powell and his two children. During the course of the investigation into the disappearance of Susan Cox Powell, the wife of Joshua Powell and mother of their two children, the West Valley City Police Department discovered information specifically related to their children’s welfare. This information was provided to authorities in the State of Washington."

A judge ordered Josh to undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation that would also include a polygraph test.

In the meantime, the judge ordered that the Powell's two young sons would stay in temporary custody with Susan's parents, Chuck and Judy Cox.

Susan Powell disappeared from her West Valley City home in December 2009. Josh was named a 'person of interest' in the case, and moved from Utah to live with his father Steven Powell in Puyallup, Washington a little more than a month after Susan's disappearance.

In August, police raided Steve Powell's home and found enough evidence to arrest and charge him with child pornography possession and voyeurism.

I have never been more disgusted with one persons actions than I am over what Josh did to his poor young kids. This man was clearly a monster. What kind of a person could attempt to dismember their children and then set them on fire. This is the darkest, ugliest thing to have happened in the recent years. I'm appalled at the creation of such a monster by the hands of Joshs parents. The best thing to come out of this situation is that the monster also died. Shame on west valley city police for not stepping forward and prosecuting josh sooner. They could have saved those poor beautiful innocent lives. The second one of the children even hinted that "mommy went camping with us" there should have been counseling and therapy to get the child to tell everything he could remember then use their testimony to bring their father to justice. Josh is lucky he did not survive that fire because I would string him up and torture him like something out of a sick depraved horror film if he had. Susan is gone and now so are two more innocent lives. Who knows what they could have grown up to be, who knows how many lives they could have touched. As a new father I could not even begin to imagine how sick and twisted you would have to be to hurt someone so innocent and trusting like your own child. Please pray for the cox family and anyone who has been touched by this horrific ordeal. Pray for them to have the strength to get through this tough time and pray that they will find Susans body and be able to put her to rest.

Please don't give up your search for Susan. Now more than ever, Susan needs to be brought home to her parents. They have suffered so much since she disappeared. Now their grandchildren are gone. Susan and her children need to be laid to rest together. Her parents need to have her and her children near them. They need to be able to kneel at their graves, touch their headstones, pray and cry. Please keep searching for her.
