TACOMA, Wash. (ABC 4 News) - A Tacoma News Tribune story says Pierce County sheriff's detectives confiscated the cell phone of Josh Powell's sister Alina after she refused to give emails and voicemails he left for her before he killed his sons Sunday.

If Josh was living at his fathers house with Alina, and she knew what he was planning to -and did nothing to stop him- would she be an accessory to murder?
