Obviously those who support Josh are ill informed of what was really going on and what evidence has been found. Supervised visitation should never be in the home. DSHS was made aware of the evidence and the order of the psychosexual evaluation. Visitation should've been halted after discovery of the exhibits that elicited this invasive evaluation. Anyone who is suspected in the children's mother's disappearance, living with a pedophile father shouldn't have visitation period. Suspicious circumstances. The State screwed up big.

DSHS really screwed up in this case and many others. One thing that is the conduit of change is if costs them,embarasses them and holds them accountable. so many levels of incompetence is evidence that figuratively heads should roll over these continuing mistakes. Josh Powell, was already over the edge, the Cox family honored the ruling of the courts, which erred to the side of disaster, and horror for two young boys who were not able to protect themselves against Josh Powell's evil, self-serving agenda. Wanting answer's from the one person to be the last person to see his wife,their daughter in this case, ALIVE is not harassment, it just makes good sense.
