Mandatory evacuations in place for Pinyon Fire

EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Mandatory evacuations are in place because of the Pinyon Fire.

The fire has now burned over 2,000 acres and is 0% contained.

According to Eagle Mountain officials, the mandatory evacuation advisory affects residents whose homes are located in the North Ranch subdivision, north of Lake View Lane.

The Mayor of Eagle Mountain is reporting that this evacuation order affects approximately 50 of the 95 homes in the area.
