I know people are going to yell breach of privacy and all other things. But if you think about it, this is a good thing. While inking and piercings are a way of showing off who you are, what child under 18 really knows what the consequences are. If some businesses are choosing to turn their eyes from a child getting inked or pierced without parental permission, they really are causing a disservice. This is a good way of ensuring parental permission or at least a conversation about it. Many businesses will not hire those with visable tattoos or multiple piercings, or at least those position that make a decent wage.
