TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - 473 students and adults of Eisenhower Junior High School gathered last week to set a new world record for the World's Largest Marshmallow Fight. The participants were required to throw 2,000 pounds of 140,280 regular-sized marshmallows at each other for fifteen minutes.

The world record event asked all participants to donate $2.00 to cover the cost of marshmallows and to donate to the Utah Food Bank and the American Red Cross.

This event is just one of the many world record events Eisenhower Junior High has set with the help of former ABC 4 Chief Climatologist Clayton Brough.
