AMERICAN FORK, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Students at American Fork High School are back to school this morning for the first time since a tragic bus crash killed their band instructor over the weekend in Idaho.  This morning they set up a memorial in her honor.

Students from the high school were on their way back from a band competition in Idaho when their bus veered off I-15 and crashed south of Pocatello Saturday night.  33-year-old Heather Christensen, a school band instructor, was on the bus that crashed.

Witnesses on the bus said when the bus left I-15 Christensen tried to help the bus driver get the bus back on to the interstate, but couldn't.  The bus rolled killing Christensen; Dozens of students were injured.  Some students say it appeared the bus driver passed out behind the wheel.

The crash is under investigation.
