alt Lake City Medical Examiner's office is now saying how Eva Montanez died.The M.E. says she died from a heroin overdose.
Someone found Montanez' body on West Emeril Street Tuesday morning.
The medical examiner says she didn't die there, she died earlier inside a house.
Leo Maystas, Michael Montoya and Catherine Eichler are now in jail, charged with desecration of a body.
