OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Weber County prosecutors have filed paperwork to extradite Gregory Seamons to Utah from Idaho.
Seamons is accused of raping and killing an 11-year-old girl from Ogden back in 1983.
Prosecutors say Seamons admitted to "fooling around" with Rebecca Lemberger shortly before her death, but also he claims his late father is likely the killer.
Police say DNA found at the scene matched that of Gregory Seamons.
