Profanity could be illegal at Ogden parks

OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Ogden residents may need to hold their tongues, because cussing at parks could earn a citation if city officials have their way.

If this passes, I'll be the first one there swearing up a storm. Go ahead and cite me, I'll take the city to the cleaners in my 1st Amendment lawsuit.
