As an instructor for the NRA and as a UT CFP Instructor, I believe the most critical problem is the posture which is set during the instructor training class. It sets a tone of apathy and rubber stamping itself. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I don't believe that we should eliminate the licensing of out-of-state instructors, but I sure do believe we should make the training for instructors more significant so as to be taken more seriously.
